Sale of Maleny Scrub Farms.
Messrs. Isles, Love, and Co. report the sale of the Maleny Scrub farms, held at Landsborough yesterday, when ten subdivisional farms out of thirteen were sold at highly satisfactory prices. The sale was held at Dyer's Hall, Landsborough, and was attended by buyers from all parts of the Commonwealth. The sales were : 21 acres, at £5 7s. per acre, to Mr. Cainbage, Richmond River ; 70 acres, £6 5s. per acre, Mr. Pattemore, North Tilba, New South Wales ; 65 acres, £6 5s. per acre, Mr. Gardiner, Tilba Tilba, New South Wales ; 55 acres, £6 5s. per acre, Mr. Organ, Tilba Tilba, New South Wades ; 58 acres, £5 5s. per acre, Mr. Gardiner ; 48 acres, £6 5s. per acre, Mr. W. Pattemore, North Tilba, New South Wales ; 54 acres, £6 7s. per acre, Mr. W. Pattemore ; 83 acres, £6 5s. per acre, Mr. Gardiner ; 69 acres, £5 5s. per acre, Mr. Gardiner ; 75 acres, £6 per acre, Mr. Warren White. Total sales, 685 acres 1 rood 12 perches, for £3520 13s. 6d., equal to an average of just over £6 per acre.

William Pattemore, a resident ofLandsborough, was taken to the Brisbane Hospital late last night suffering from a compound fracture of the right leg, caused by a falling tree. The Ambulance representative at Caboolture was telegraphed for, and immediately proceeded to Landsborough, where he rendered first aid and accompanied the man to Brisbane.
