OBITUARY
The death of Mrs Maren Miller, after a lingering illness, occurred late last night. The late Mrs Miller was born in Gorslev, Denmark, and came out to this country at the age of five, landing at Rockhampton. Transferring to Pialba, she lived with her parents until her marriage, and spent the rest of her life at Maryborough. She leaves one son, Richard Miller, of Bazaar Street, Maryborough and one daughter, Mrs C. White, Maryborough. There are also eight grandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters survive her, Messrs Mads Madsen (Tinana), and Jens Madsen (Urraween) and Mesdames N. Moes (Nikenbah) and J. Hallett (Rockhampton).
The funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the residence of her son, Mr Richard Miller, Bazaar Street, Maryborough, for the Maryborough Cemetery.

Funeral
The funeral of the late Mrs. Maren Miller, which moved from the residence of her son, Mr. Richard Miller, Bazaar-street, yesterday afternoon, was well attended by relatives and many old friends of the deceased. Many letters of sympathy and cards of condolence were received by the bereaved relatives. In addition to an immortelle from "Claude, Bertha, Richard and Ethel," numerous floral tributes were placed on the casket. The pall-bearers from the residence to the hearse were, Messre R. Miller (son), M. Madsen (brother), R. & S. White (grand-sons), and L. Madsen and O. Moos (nephews), and those at the cemetery were Messrs C. White (son-in-law), H. Madsen (nephew), and H. Schibrowski (snr.), and E. J. and H. Schibrowski (junr.). Mr. A. Hinrichsen, of the Church of Christ, conducted an impressive service at the residence, and officiated at the graveside.

Obituary.-Mrs. Maren Miller, relict of the late Mr. Mathias Miller, died on January 13 at Maryborough, at the age of 63 years. One son and one daughter survive. The son Is Mr. Richard Miller of Bazaar-street, and the daughter Mrs. C. White, Maryborough.
