HILL has been favored with instructions from the Executors in the above Estate, to Sell by Public Auction, at the Victoria Hotel, Tiaro, ON MONDAY, 18th APRIL, At o'clock noon, All that Piece or Parcel of Land known as Portions 78, 74, 75. and 76, in the Parish of St. Mary, containing 213 Acres, more or less, of Good Agricultural lannd, partly Fenced in with a Substantial Split Fence : of this there are about 2 acres of Rich Scrub Land fit for the Plough. Title perfect. The Improvements on the Property consist of a Substantial and Faithfuliy-built DWELLING HOUSE, with kitcben and Out-houses comprising a Large Commodious Barn and St»blc combined. Milking and Stockyards. with Calf Pen, &c.
