      Notes:.
When Skovbølgård was established is not known, but the farm is mentioned with certainty for the first time in 1523. It was then owned by Paul Uge, who belonged to an old. South Jutland family that originated from Uge parish. A son Peter Uge also owned a rather large toft in Tumbøl, which he donated to Felsted church in 1486 "for the soul of his father and sister". Toften was located north of the city.
Paul Uge was still alive in 1543, and in a tax register from this year, Skovbølgård is employed for 10 plows, one plow approx. = helbol. In addition to Skovbølgård, he had 2 farms in Skovbøl, 3 in Bovrup, 1 in Ullerup, 1 in Broager, 2 in Mjels and 1 in Oksbøl. He had 2 sons, where Peter took over Skovbølgård, and Erik who took over Avnbøllund. Peter Ucke died around 1751 and left a son Paul Uge, who on 1/6 1589 was shot by his neighbor Hans Blome to Ornum in Varnæs parish.
Skovbølgård was taken over around 1700 by Friedrich v. Ahlefeld to Søgård and Gråsten. In the land register, the small estate was employed for 5 plows. When it came into the possession of the Ahlefeldt`s, the estate was degraded to a barn under Søgård, and when Friedrick Ahlefedt had bought the estate, it was without a doubt to be able to make better use of the large estate areas he owned in the area through a zoning.
The common land of the village:
The common field or special field called Bøghoved or Bøghøj, which is located southeast of the village towards Varnæs skellet, was the village's common grazing field. This special field has at some point in time, probably in the 17th century, been included and subject to the noble estate Skovbølgård.
The Ahlefelds owned almost all the estates in Lundtoft county, which were not privately owned or were under Tønder county. In the case of Felsted parish, this meant that approx. 4/5 parts of all the farms in Felsted parish belonged to the Ahlefeldts on Søgård.
With the takeover, a number of foreign farms were now placed under Skovbølgård, which was now employed for 28 5/48 plows, counting 5 marks of gold on 1 plow.
With the expansion of Skovbølgård's main farm field, most farms were now made equal in size and tax. At the same time as the expansion, 1 farm in Svejrup and 1 farm in Skovbøl were closed down and moved out to the north of the town. The settlement was called Ny Skovbøl.
      Herregården Skovbølgård:
Skovbølgård is the only one of Lundtoft County's medieval aristocratic estates that, in buildings and buildings, has to this day retained the manor character. The main building is located in the middle of the large irregular medieval rampart, surrounded by water-filled tombs and with partially paved sides. During the last Swedish war, the farm was destroyed around 1659, as "the residential house was overturned and the barn with accessories burned and put in ashes".
The then built main building is described in 1721 as an 18-span long and 3-span wide house, as well as a small house, presumably a tenant house of 6-span long and 3-span wide. The breeding buildings to the west of the main building consisted of a large cowshed of 469 m2, as well as a wagon barn, horse stable, peat barn and bakery of a total of 288 m2. All breeding buildings were covered with straw.
The current listed main building was built in the years 1758 - 1763 by Justice Christopher Trogilius Koch. The stately main building is built on one floor, on a partially block-clad basement floor. The building has a saddle roof and half-vaulted gables, and is clad with a tiled roof.
