    I NICHOLAS GERALD BLAMPIED, of Ouyen, in the State of Victoria, being, the holder of a Billiard Table Licence for the house and premises situated at Ouyen aforesaid, DO HEAREY GIVE NOTICE that it is my intention to apply to the Licensing Magistrate holding the Licencing Meeting at Wrarracknabeal. in the said State on Wednesday the2 2nd day of July , 1914. to transfer the said Billiard Table Licence to ARTHUR CHARLES COOPER, of Boigbeat in the State of Victoria, farmer .

    SLY GROG-SELLING.
    OUYEN, Saturday. -Sly grog cases were dealt with by Mr. W. G. Smith,P. M., on Wednesday. Joseph Silver was presented on two charges of having sold intoxicating liquor without a license, and was fined £25 on each charge.
    Patrick O'Meara and Nicholas Blampied were proceeded against on similar charges. O'Meara was fined £30 on the first and £25 on the second charge, and Blampied £25 on each charge. A third charge against each of these two was withdrawn. Costs were fixed at 30 guineas, each defendant to pay 10 guineas.
