Greer. - Duus.
The Lutwyche Methodist Church was chosen by Miss Joy Duus (only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Duus, Eagle Junction) for her marriage to Mr. Norman Greer (eldest son of Mr. T. Greer, Brisbane, and formerly of Kingaroy) on May 9. The Rev. C. C. Truman officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore magnolia satin cut on classical lines. From her halo cap fell a tulle veil. Misses R. Neilson and Jean Greer, as bridesmaids, were frocked alike in pale pink silk. Ailsa Green and Joan Duus were flower girls. Messrs. M. Duus and V. Duus were best man and groomsman respectively. A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, where Mrs. Duus received the guests.
