The marriaage of Mr. Leslie Peter Bundesen (eldest son of Mr. Peter Bundcsen, Gympie) and Mrs. Delcia Jessie Hale (Osdel, Franklin-street, South Brisbane), widow of the late Mr. Oscar Hale, and eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bellman, Glencarn, Dickson-street, Wooloowin) was solemnised in the Ann-street Presbyterian Church on December 17. The Rev J. Cosh officiated. The church organist presided at the organ, and during the signing of the register Mr. Stanley Tamblyn rendered a vocal solo. The bride, who was given away by her father, was frocked in white mariette, the skirt being finely French pleated, while the bodice, made in coat effect, was heavilv embroidered in gold and trimmed with gold lace and pearl and brilliant trimming. She also wore a white guipure lace hat, with a brilliant buckle, and carried a shower bouquet, composed of lilies, stephanotis, and maidenhair fern. The chief bridesmaid, Miss Lyndall Bellman (sister of the bride), was frocked in white mariette, trimmed with guipure lace, and worn over cyclamen crepe de Chine, with which she wore , a cyclamen silk straw hat to harmonise. She carried an Early Victorian bouquet of pink roses. Miss Lena Rondielt. who also attended as bridesmaid, was dressed in apricot mariette, trimmed with silk lace over apricot crepe de Chine, with which she wore an apricot silk crinoline hat, trimmed with a posy and ribbon. Her Early Victorian posy was of deep cream roses and forget-me-nots. The duties of best man and groomsman were carried out hy the bridegroom's brothers, Messrs. Alfred Bundesen and Bertie Bundcsen (Gympie). At the conclusion of the ceremony the guests were entertained by the bride's parents at a wedding breakfast in McDowel's social hall, Valley. Mrs. Bellman received her guests wearing a frock of black mariette and lace, finely French pleated, with a black silk straw and tulle hat. Her Early Victorian bouquet was of red roses and 'maidenhair fern. A feature of the decorations, was a large gold and white wedding bell, which was suspended over the bridal couple, and which was a gift from the chief bridesmaid. All the bouquets were the gifts of the bridegroom, and were from the London American Florists. The bridegroom also gave to the bride a chrystal necklet and handbag, and to the bridesmaids, gold brooches. The bride's gifts to the bridegroom were a wedding ring and gold sleeve links. The honey- moon will be spent motoring in the Northern Rivers district.
