    WEDDING.
    WADE.-LARSEN
At St. Mark's Church, Bauple, on November 27, the marriage was solemnised of Mr. Andrew Joseph Wade, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J Wade, "Willowdale", Gundiah, and Miss Pauline Mabel Larsen, elder daughter of Mr. L. P. Larsen, "Luck's Home," Bauple. In honour of the bride, who is a prpolar member of St. Mark's guild, the church which was filled to overflowing, was pretterly decorated by its members. The Rev. Elliot, (Marborough), assisted by the Rev. C. Hall (Tiaro) officiated at the cermony. Mrs. T. Beattie presided at the organ. The graceful bride, who was given away by her father, was frocked in white crepe-de-chine, hip yoke dipping flared skirt with handerchief points prettily beaded in silver with inlets of pale pink and side posy of lilies of the valley, with a touch of blue. Her silk tulle veil scalloped and embroided was worn, in cap fashion with a swathe of silver lace, posy of orange blossoms at sides, silver leaves at back and she carried a bouquet of pink and cream roses with rosettes of white tulle sent from Brisbane, the gift of an old friend. Miss Greta Larsen, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, and was frocked in lavender crepe-de-chine, hip yoke, with double flared skirt with side posy. With this was worn, a bandeaux of lavender tulle and amber necklace, and carried a bouquat of lemon and apricot gerberas. Mr Leslie Wade was best man and Mr. Roy Wade acted as usher. After the cermony, the wedding breakfast was held at "Luck's Home," where the guests were received by Mrs. A. Mikkelsen, aunt of the bride, a total of 30 guests, mostly relatives of the happy couple, sat down to a sumptuous repast, thoroughly enjoyed by all. The colour theme of the decorations was pink and white, a maginificent three tier wedding cake being a big centre of admiration. The wedding gifts were numerous and valuable, including gifts from St. Mark's guild and Bauple tennis club. The happy couple, midst showers of confetti, old boots and rice, left for their honeymoon in North Queensland, in an Oakland car, presented to the bride by her father. The travelling dress worn by the bride was an ensemble of almond green with hat and coat to tone.
