"Three of Christian J. Jessen's sons emigrated to the New World, one returned and married, in
Osterschhnatebüll into an estate, from where another farmstead in Goldelund was established. The youngest son brought a farmstead in Klixbüll. The oldest son, Martin Ludwig Jessen inherited the father's estate".
Quoted from "A family and farmstead chronicle over four generations"
    (Author:Arnold Jessen)

The Three who emigrated to the New World could have been Johann Carsten Jessen and Andreas Peter Jessen. Johann Carsten Jessen returned and Andreas Peter Jessen stayed in Queensland.
The third son must have been Iwer Jessen, who emigrated to the USA and was not heard of again.
