  	There passed away at his residence Quarry Street this week, a well known and highly respected pastoralist in the person of Mr Henry Grosvenor Simpson (writes, our Ipswich correspondent)) The late Mr Simpson who was 71 years of age had been engaged in pastoral pursuits in New South Wales and Queensland all his life. He came to Queensland about 1869 when he bought Bellevue from Major North. He was also connected with Undulla, Clifton and Hidden Vale stations, but for the past two years, had lived privately in Ipswich. He is survived by his widow (a daughter of the late Mr Pollet Cardew) two daughters (Mrs Drury and Miss Simpson), and one son, Mr H G Simpson, solicitor, Ipswich.
