Patricia Lee Mitchell
Patricia Lee Mitchell, 85, a long time resident of Yuba City, passed away, April 29, 2017, at Enloe Hospital in Chico.
She was born in Metropolitan, CA, on January 27, 1932. She taught kindergarten for close to 30 years, including Barry and April Lane Schools in Yuba City. She loved her "kids". If asked, she could still remember something about every student she ever taught.
She is survived by her son, Chuck Mitchell (Debbie) and grandson, Matthew Mitchell. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Dora McMahan, husband, Charles Mitchell and daughter, Barbara Coillot.
A Celebration of Life will be May 25, 2017 from 12 pm - 3 pm at Ruthy's, Hillcrest Plaza, 229 Clark Ave., Yuba City.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Mother Hubbard's Cupboard of St. Andrew's Church in Yuba City or a canine rescue of your choice is appreciated.
