    • Obituary: 15 Sep 1933, The Nowra Leader, NSW; MRS. J. CONDIE The death of Mrs. Jane Condie, of Burrier, took place early on Tuesday morning last at the great age of 87 years, the cause of death being senile decay. Her husband predeceased her a number of years ago. In her aged life she had the loving care and attention of her daughter, Miss Condie. The deceased was a life long resident of the Shoalhaven district, one of the old pioneering stock, a loving wife and devoted mother, and her good deeds as a neighbour will long live as a monument in that sphere. The funeral cortege was comprised of many old friends who paid their last tribute of respect at the graveside on Wednesday when the mortal remains were laid to rest in the family's private cemetery at Longreach (Shoalhaven River), the last sad rites being conducted by the Rev. J. H. G. Auld, B.A. The Nowra Leader, NSW, Friday, 15 September 1933
